Cancellation Policy: Members have the option to cancel their membership at any time by contacting our team. Members under the monthly plan must commit to a minimum of six consecutive months to qualify for their second dental kit delivery. If a member cancels within the first six months and re-subscribes at a later date, the six-month commitment period will restart.

Refunds and Damaged Goods: Refunds will only be issued for visibly damaged goods upon request and after contacting our team within 30 days of delivery.

Auto Renewal: All Membership Plans are set to auto-renew. Members who wish to opt-out of the auto-renewal feature may contact our team before the end of their current membership term or cancel directly through their profile. Members under the monthly plan need to be enrolled for 6 months or more to receive their second yearly delivery.
